A critical feature missing is the ability to track employee certifications and compliance for specific positions. Many roles require certifications, such as food handler permits or alcohol server licenses, that must be kept current to meet regulatory standards.
Currently, there is no way to:
-Identify which employees are required to hold certain certifications
  • Physically view certification uploads
  • Track expiration dates of those certifications
- Maintain an up-to-date record of compliance status across the team
- Measure overall compliance rates versus the active employee roster
Adding this functionality would greatly improve compliance management, reduce risk, and simplify audits by providing clear visibility into who is certified, who needs renewal, and how the company is performing overall.
