Hi , would be really helpful if push notifications could ne sent if items on a list are not completed by a certain time as required and also to support UK mobile networks please!

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to make Jolt better! The way this works is you set a due date on your list and that becomes the "certain time" that the items must be completed by. Then you can set up a notification for "When An Item Is Overdue" and you will get a notification if any item on the list is not completed by the due date. Also, Jolt does support UK mobile networks. If you can let us know the one(s) you're having trouble with, we can look into it. You can also try using the "Backup SMS Service" on a person profile that is not getting text messages. If you need additional support you can contact your CSM or Jolt Technical Support.
