Actually, you can add a profile picture for each employee. You need to be a device admin to be able to do this. Regular employees cannot do this on their own.

When you are a device admin, you can log into the Jolt app on your device. Then select people on left hand side, then select an employee to add the picture to. Then at the top right hand side tap on edit, then tap on the picture logo at the top, then tap on retake and this will allow them to take a selfie of themselves. Take the photo, then tap on done. At that point the photo will show up on the computer and on the tablet for that employee.
