We need a way (or maybe it exist) to have a searchable team system to track, warnings, write-ups, attendance issues, etc... by team emeber.

We have a form that is used fro WU and warning etc. You can search the form and the employee name quick and easy.

You could create a form that is only accessible to Supervisor/Manager - There are functions within (Grid View) that would allow u to see this

Troy: We use a form but most of our managers dont have access to the admin website. Floor managers should have quick access but instead have to go though crazy hoops to run a simple performance history. We used to use hotschedules log book and this is one of the few missing features that has been a struggle for us to deal with switching to jolt.
