Thank you for your feedback, I have great news! You now have the ability to replace a file in the library. When you replace the file in Info Library, it will automatically update all the lists where it is used.

Completely Agree! This would be so helpful!

We currently have to relink the documents in lists after updating. This is tedious and will lead to missing links, especially if the same document is referenced in several task items.
