Bryan: I would like to use it for the points system. I could think of many other uses also but at the moment if lists and tasks could trigger events in other platforms would be extremely useful

Bryan: Hi Bryan, I would like to be able to trigger a list in Jolt when something happens in other platform. (the list/form) would need to be pre populate with information too) I would also like answers to forms in Jolt to be added to a google sheet and trigger activities in our other platforms.

Bryan: Triggers: complete list step, list completed, list overdue, form completed triggers add to google sheet/message in Slack/etc, certain data collected triggers message in Slack/adds card to Trello (maintenance issue found and reported in checklist is then added to maintenance board in Trello).

Actions: assign list (ability to assign lists is not functional in Jolt but is definitely needed).

There are more triggers needed than actions but there are many use cases if Zapier integration was available.

The three primary issues I have with Jolt are the inability to assign entire lists, lack of integrations, and no organization of lists (lists organized by FOH, BOH, Hospitality, etc). These three features would make Jolt an unstoppable force particularly for restaurants.

David: Using it with the points system is not something I had thought of. Great Idea! Do you mind elaborating a little more about how you would like the point system to trigger other events? Or, did you want other systems to add to the point system?

With list and task triggers what other platforms would you like them to interact with?

I have some good news for you in regards to lists. We recently doubled the number of developers working on list features. I am not part of the lists team so I am not sure what features are coming first, but I do know the pace of features is going to increase. I'll pass along your feedback about assigning lists and organizing lists.

As far as integrations as you probably guessed from my questions that we are looking into how to incorporate integrations going forward. This will take longer than list features, but still heading in the right direction of unstoppably helpful software.

There are some list features that are phenomenal in Jolt and really keep me tied in, but without the assigning and organization of lists, it's pretty difficult to achieve my vision.
