Completion Report by Full List

Michael
Andy I just granted the List completion report feature to your account (Ponte Restaurant Group) and so you should now see the separate options on the menu in the web portal for:
Item Completion Report
List Completion Report
Please try it out and let us know your feedback. Thank you

Michael: Hi Michael. I am loving the ability to show our team our completion % by list. I wanted to give you as much feedback as possible.
So far this is what I have seen and noticed:
- I have a subscription set up to send "last 7 days" to every manager but every time, the PDF is blank, I have to look it up and print it for the team. This has been the biggest grief so far with the report.
- The "last 7 days" toggle shows the past 7 and today (8 days total). The graph shows all 8 days and the last day has 0% completion. This doesn't affect the displayed % on the left side but confuses some people at first.
- It would be cool to show which lists are commonly missed or late straight from this screen. I have been opening up the "browse lists" and sorted them by %late.
- Right now it can be difficult to find and select all the correct lists that need to be compiled in 1 subscribed report. I have all of my lists named in an organized way to indicate FOH/BOH/Training etc, but it would be helpful if I could, select (all lists assigned to servers) or (all lists managed by General Manager)

Michael: Hi Michael, would love to test this feature out too. Are you able to enable this on my account please?
Michael
Jordyn: Hi Jordyn, that is now available to test. It should be available in your Reports section on the web. Let me know if you are able to find it.

Michael: Thanks Michael! One suggestion for all reports - would be to include the report name on the PDF. This would make it easier for team members to quickly identify the purpose of the report, particularly when we share it through other channels.

Andy - Jolt is in the testing stage for a % completion report based on Lists rather than list items. This should be available to Jolt List customers in the coming weeks.
