When getting an emailed report, having a PDF link instead to the full report would be more beneficial as they can share that link with others who do not have access to Jolt on the web portal.

Hi Sadie, when i get a saved report emailed to me, it shows the report in the body of the email, but there is also a PDF attachment to the email. Couldn't forward the email with the attachment to the users without Jolt access?

Jim Jensen: Hi Jim, this would be for locations that have email notifications set when a list is completed. Having a link/pdf to send to the team leader who may have completed the list, but doesn't have access to Jolt Web. Currently, it sends the entire report in the email. The only option is to copy and paste.
