User requests the ability to filter Time and Temp reporting by date+time ("last 24 hours" or "last 12 hours" or specific time/date range).

The use case here is for an overnight meal prep service, where their use of the processes in the Jolt app may cross over multiple days. Reporting doesn't support this very well currently, and would require them to manually filter out any non-current processes.
