Why can we not see degree Celsius when we log into the app. i understand you can view the temperatures on the wed portal as C. but for my line staff it is difficult with the conversion. The USA is the only place that uses F now.

This is now live! If you navigate on the web app to Settings > Company, you can scroll down to the bottom right and see a setting to change your default temperature units and even your language if needed!

Make sure the mobile app is up to date and you should see all temperatures in Celsius once this setting is changed.

The plans are now in place to add a default setting for temperature units. 
We are currently assuming that with the default setting in place, there will be no need to toggle back and forth between the two units. Once your account preference setting is saved, it will always display the unit of your choice so we will not bring back the ability to switch back and forth without changing your setting.
If this assumption is wrong please let us know so we can make adjustments.

It would be great to have the sensors set and stay on degrees C. Currently you can view degrees C but as soon as you change the page it goes right back to F. Please set it to maintain degrees C.

Thanks all for the feedback.

We were able to quickly add the ability to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the app. You can access it in the "More" menu with the three dots button on the top right of the sensors page (See screenshot). This is not the full solution and you will have to toggle it every time you come to the page for now. We are planning a setting that will let you set your default unit to always display in C or F.

Please fix this asap. This doesn't work for Canadian users. We need to able to see degree Celsius on iPad. Health department requirements!
