We have central production kitchens and move food individual outlets. I need a device that would be portable and could be put in one of the boxes to monitor temperatures through its journey, when the device is connected again to wifi it could sync the data to a checklist or a sensor logo

Thank you for your feedback Ryan! The temperature & Humidity sensors will actually backlog that data and once connected to the hub again, it will sync that data back to the reports.
