Disconnect notifications are now set for every customer by default so that you do not need to go in and set them up yourselves. It is recommended however to customize the notifications to go to the appropriate parties as the notifications are set to go to all admins by default.

We do have the ability to send notifications when a sensor is disconnected or is offline. I have contact your account rep to reach out and help with setting those up. I also have links to our support articles if you wanted to set them up right away.
