Notifications via email and push work well but they often get missed when the restaurant is busy. Audible alerts from the APP help but there are so many alarms and alerts going off from other apps (Uber/doordash etc) that Jolt notifications often get ignored.

Having one or more Visual Alerts when sensor temps are out of range or when a list is coming due (yellow) or is overdue (Red) would provide an additional method of notification. There are lorawan visual alerters (Kuando Busylight iot by Plenom) that would work well with both sensors and lists.
