We absolutely need Messaging available between employees. Our Managers can't even send a Message Blast because we are not comfortable with them being Location Admins...

Jolt's platform is fantastic, and it could be much improved if there was a function or in-app platform for two-way, real-time communication. For example, like GroupMe or Facebook Chat, etc.

I highly recommend and request developing a function for two-way, synchronous communication.

This will be very helpful, kinda group chat, employees can communicate effectively on their schedule, work and anything related to they shift

Hi Rebecca, 
We do have the logbook that can be used to put notes and only the logbook admin is able to read/reply. It isn't a message but does allow only management to read. Let me know if that works for you or not.

Two Way Communication

In order to use Jolt for any communication elements, we need the ability to communicate back and forth. This would include management to employee, employee to management, and employee to employee--all of these singularly or in groups.

YES! This has been one of the hardest things to get use to after switching to Jolt.

I think Kiran took the words right out of my mouth. The old app I used before Jolt had a feed where you could post messages or even pictures for the team to see and respond to.
