Communication Manager

It will be nice to have messaging with employees where they can reply back and we have a log of communication

Some type of communication wall or message service so we can communicate in real time with the employees.

We need to be able to communicate with our crew even when we are not in front of our computer. I also would like to be able to have a communication tab for just my managers

Right now it is very easy for staff to just ignore Announcements on the app since it is one the bottom. It would be nice to force employees to have to complete the announcement before they can do other stuff in the app, preventing them from skipping over/ignoring it.

Please add the communications manager to the jolt app. It is inconvenient to have to be in front of a desktop when needing to send a message blast on the fly, as we experienced during a recent weeklong power outage after a series of storms. I would love to be able to send out employee communications whenever and wherever I'm at. thank you!

We use announcements a lot for training's and to our improve customer service. I would like to be able to make an announcement reoccurring for issues that we see on a regular basis so it reminds them. Also it would be nice to have an option for new employees if i can automatically have an announcement 2 weeks after they got hired that again goes over certain things we taught them.

Would love to see a feature that allows me to display a message to a certain employee (only that employee) after they clock in. Right now it can be narrowed down to role.

Can we please get the character limit increased for Message Blast. I understand the text option needing to be short but the email one should be way longer than 1,000. Its annoying having to split the information over 2 message blasts. Also the ability to add a picture or an attachment would be very helpful. Its hard to move completely away from regular emailing of staff and move to jolt because of these restrictions. Can you give any indication if these are features they are thinking of introducing in the future??

The email addresses generated by slack are over 50 characters, the limit in JOLT. It would be nice to have certain lists be able to email a channel in SLACK to increase visibility... but Jolt would need to accept the long-format SLACK CHANNEL EMAILS.
