You can specify items to be your status and priority items on a work order.
What is it?
This feature lets you set a multiple choice item to be the work order template status and priority so that you can filter by status and priority on the app.
Why is it important?
Since different work order types might use different multiple choice items for status and priority, this feature lets you customize your experience to suit your workflow.
How does it work?
To set you status and priority for a work order template, an authorized user can take the following steps after upgrading the Jolt app to v6.0.4:
  1. Navigate to
    Lists | Work Orders
    and click on the
    Templates
    tab.
  2. Select the work order you want to change and click on the
    Settings
    tab.
  3. Scroll to the
    Status & Priority
    section.
  4. In the dropdown, select the multiple choice item you want to use for status. Repeat this step for priority.
  5. Save
    your changes.

Once the

app syncs, you will be able to filter the
Work Orders Home Screen
by status and priority
