People
Search People by phone number
You can now search by phone number in the
People
section of the app. This is helpful when getting a text message from an employee and not knowing their number, you can now look it up in
Jolt
if you have permission to view contact information.
Settings
Option to allow device sleep
- A new option has been added to
General Settings
to allow the device to sleep when the
Jolt
app is running. This feature was requested to help preserve battery life because the device screen would not turn off if
Jolt
is running in front even if the device is never touched.
Now the device will turn off according to the device operating system settings.
To change this setting, navigate to
Settings | General
and toggle on the
Follow device sleep setting
option.
To adjust device OS sleep settings:
Android
:
  • Settings | Display | Sleep
  • Settings | Display | Screen Timeout (Samsung)
Apple
:
  • Settings | Display & Brightness | Auto-Lock
