View all work orders assigned to you from any location on one screen.
What is it?
A new tab in the Home Screen on app version 6.0.4 lets authorized users see work orders from any location they have access to.
Why does it matter?
Maintenance crews typically service multiple locations and need to see available work from all of them to plan out their day.
How does it work?
To access the multi-location
Home Screen
from the app, tap on the
Home
button on the menu and tap on the
Work Orders
tab.
Note
that this user experience is designed to work best when you are connected to
Jolt
in
personal mode

You can
filter the list
by
  • Location
  • Assigned to person
  • Work order type
  • Status
  • Priority

Use the filters to select which set of work orders you want to look at.
The work order cards show the following information:
  • Assigned to person's avatar or initials icon
  • Work order location name
  • Issue summary
  • Work order number
  • Due date
  • Status
  • Priority
When you tap on one of the cards, you are taken to that work order. If the work order is in a location other than the one you are connected to, the app will first switch locations. In the initial release (version 5.45.0), the app will not track the work order to the new location and you'll have to find it in the list and select it to work on it. In a future version of the app, tapping the work order card will land you on the work order in the new location.
