Thank you for your feedback. We have the ability to create text items on label templates that will then apply to all labels using it. In your case of wanting the Expire Text to be uniform, you could change the item on the template to Text on the template instead of Text on the label. (See image below)

You can also clone a label to make it easier when creating labels that are similar. Then you can make needed changes and save it as a new label. (See image below - Templates can also be cloned!)
