I wanted to bring up an issue we’re experiencing with the app when multiple printers are connected. Currently, the app automatically defaults to the printer that was installed first, and there’s no way to select a different printer.

Would it be possible for your development team to add the ability to either:

Set a default printer when multiple printers are installed, or

Prompt the user to choose which printer to print to each time.

This functionality would greatly improve workflow efficiency for locations with more than one printer. I’m happy to provide details about our setup or testing if that would help.
