Thank you for your feedback! We now have a quick export option that would allow you to download a copy of the list to then bulk import and make edits to those items that are needed.

It isn't a copy feature, but a quick way to get a copy of a list to share or then import.

In Edit lists, select the grid view option in the top right corner. Then right click on the list, select export and the format you want to export to. It will then download a copy of the list in the same template to be able to bulk import into a new list.

Agreed. Some of ours are so similar it would save so much time on our end if we could copy and just make the couple tweaks instead of going through the whole process of creating another one.
