"Both" or "And" option for list items using multiple display criteria.

The new multiple display criteria option allows you to select more than one criteria for an item to display with "any" being the only option for which triggers. Said another way, if I add two different display criteria options for a list item, any of the criteria would cause it show up.
As a further enhancement, it would be useful to select an "and" or "both" option so that multiple criteria must be met to display an item. For example:
- Is it a brunch serving week?
- What day of the week is it?
If 1 = Yes and 2 = Wednesday:
- Pull brunch proteins.
We'd only want 3 if both 1 and 2 criteria are met.
