It is really annoying when someone gets a corrective action sent to them, but it doesn't show which task item from the list is being talked about. It just shows what the staff wrote in. They don't understand that it doesn't show the task item when writing their description because it shows them the task item they are writing about, just doesn't show the person that gets the corrective action sent to them.
