Edit default list settings

I think it would be great if we could edit or adjust what our preferred default list settings were. For example, if we wanted List Submission to default to "This list can be submitted only after all required items are completed" instead of "Individual list items can be submitted when complete". Or NOT have "Anyone can view and complete this list" checked when you first create a new list. This seems like a pretty basic request. I think it could just give you an option in the top right menu next to SAVE where it said, "Save current settings as Default Settings" or something like that. I also don't like that the default Display Time is 8:00 AM. That could be after a person checks their lists for the day if they get to work earlier then that. I would like to change that for sure.
