incomplete lists being submitted

Multiple in progress lists are being submitted due to the new option of submit incomplete lists being available to everyone. Since these lists are being submitted without being complete, we need to make new lists for product not set, thereby completing sections another team started ie falsifying documents (followed recipe, etc) so we can verify the verify the labels are correct, since the teams work different shifts and do not work together. Please disable this option. It's causing a substantial amount of extra work, since the list can not be reactivated.

Submitting incomplete lists option

The option for completing lists should be only for admin. Administration should have the option to submit the incomplete lists. I have lists that carry over several days and not submitted daily. Giving the team members to submit incomplete lists is taking away the managers ability to accurately assess with is in process and what is completed. I am having team members submitting incomplete lists that are still in use and I have to make new ones. By making new lists I am having to fill in information other teams completed (no it's falsifying information as I did not do it). Please remove the option to submit incomplete lists. It is causing a lot more extra time and work on my ends with the volume of lists created daily.

Mary: I have closed this post. The fix for this issue was released in Dec. 2023, with app version 5.24.

Sarah This is still showing up on the app. It is not resolved.

Mary I am testing with your role-based staff on currently open lists, I am unable to access the option to submit the incomplete lists.
Can you please update the app version on all your devices to 5.24 or higher? It looks like a few devices that have recently synced are on 5.12 and 5.13. After the update, can you tell me which user(s) are able to access this admin option to test and troubleshoot?
Thanks!

Sarah Go to the title of the list, click the three dots, and you will see the option to submit incomplete lists.

Mary Thank you. Your profile does have access to this feature, and I understand that you are requesting this feature be removed from the app. We have set the feature to have limits of who can access it, and it is controlled with Device admin permissions.
You have 3 roles with this permission setting allowed and only a handful of people have these roles.
Weekend Lead (no users assigned)
Admin (yourself and 6 others assigned)
List Completion (only you are assigned)
The remaining staff do not have this feature visible or accessible to them.
I will keep your request open to remove this feature. I do hope that this will help to ease your concern knowing that very few people will have access to this feature and those that do, are your Admins.
Thanks,
Sarah

Sarah Everyone on the floor sees the complete incomplete lists when hitting the 3 dots. I want it removed. I do not want anyone to have access to this feature. Again, this should have a toggle button to turn off or on. I want that for the +/- feature also.

Hi Mary, thank you for taking the time to report your concern to Jolt. On the next version of the app (v5.24.x) the option to submit incomplete lists will be restricted to device, location, content group, or company admins. This feature was intended to operate this way from the beginning. We apologize for any frustration this has caused.

Jim Jensen: Thank you. I will keep you posted if I continue to experience difficulties with this.
