It was great to connect with you today and go over your needs. As discussed on our call, you can use the logbook feature to capture videos or photos of the issue. When the planned corrective action task displays as a new list, simply click into the new list, select the three dots to the right of the item, then select Create logbook entry. You can then add additional comments and a photo or video.
