Prep Lists for fixed and rotating menu restaurants

As chef at a resort, managing several outlets each with their own unique style of cuisine, it would be killer if there was a prep list feature that is directly fed from an inventory sheet's pars that was made. This list would fluctuate / post everyday depending on how low you are on each item on your inventory sheet that was filled out by an employee the day before.
A second feature that would also be ideal is having a prep list that the staff can make with the app (similar to Google Keep) that would act as a whiteboard does in a traditional kitchen, complete with checkboxes and whatnot.
