It would be cool to be able to toggle a * or a highlight or something on required items on a list so people working through the list see what is required.

I do think it should be toggleable though as there are lists I don't think that functionality would be beneficial.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have the ability to change the color of an item within a list. You could use that to highlight the items that are required and white for those that are optional. The link below goes over the steps to change list item colors.
