For example, ask if there were any issues closing the store today. No notification when no is selected. Send notification when yes is selected.

Hi Jonathan, thanks for taking the time to make Lists better. This is a feature that we intend to do in the future. We currently have this functionality in Work Orders and will be moving it to Lists at some point. It's not on our immediate roadmap, but it's in our plan. Jim Jensen, PM, Lists
