I think this could go with the If/Then I saw while browsing. That would enhance the capability and relieve the wording issue to make the result fit the Yes/No situation to be triggered by the selected and then "do" what is needed.

Bar coded items linked to specific lists would be very nice.

If I go up to a piece of equipment, scan the code and the list I need to work on just pops up --- WOW, this program would go from really good to AMAZING! The code assigned is specific to that list/item etc., so how hard could it be to get done?

Bar Codes/QR Codes should be able to auto populate the lists for which the code was created. Think how much time that would save!
