What we are REALLY looking for is a method of "ticketing" for equipment repairs. 15-store Organization. 4 equipment techs. Would be ideal for stores to be able to "post" repair needs. A tech be able to select and "own" one. The posting store and other techs "see" that it has been started. Send updates. And close it out when completed.

Maintenance Form

A restaurant has many moving parts and frequently needs maintenance service to keep it running smooth. It would be truly beneficial if you created and entire separate feature that allows the "open"/"resolved" ticket process for maintenance requests. We should be able to send a form to a designation email/contact, and the ability to have them/us resolve the issue. For instance: when an oven goes down, we could send a form to our maintenance team, they'll get a push notification/email, the "ticket" will stay open until someone physically "resolves" the issue.

I completely agree. We need a way to better track equipment issues. The systems for checklist are all centered around team members, but we need a way to input equipment like we do team members so we can better track issues that arise.

Steven, We created a list type "Maintenance Work Order" It has a few generic check boxes to indicate it has been closed and a open ended free response field for a work order description. Not ideal and we would love to have a true ticketing/work order option but have found a way to sorta make it work.

Love this idea!
