I employ a lot of college kids and some of them only want 15-20 hours because of their school schedule. It would be nice to have a spot to enter in their preferred load and have that populate next to the amount of hours i have them scheduled so I could compare.

Often times when we have part time employees, it is hard for the managers to remember how many hours they are wanting. It would be nice to have an option for the employees for them to set what their min/max hours were for each week.
