Scheduling

When looking at the schedule you are unable to see what times the employees are unavailable. Inputting shifts no longer shows warning when scheduled outside of availability. The time off and available/preferred hours are not showing accurate request descriptions or are showing up on multiple days regardless of if that day has the same or different request. It is taking much longer to create a schedule and insure that everyone is getting the hours they want/need

It would be great to see when a shift was posted for trade/drop so that you know how long it has been sitting there. It is hard to know whether you are the first to try to pickup the shift.

It would be so good to know who made changes and who published the schedule.

I am not able to copy a week and paste to another week .

For any employees who have specific hours they need to work on a given day it needs to be visible from the scheduling grid. Having to hover over a box for 100 people is ridiculous. Also, since the change the wrong availability reasons are popping up for different employees. Please revert to last version.

any chance you would allow sorting under the 'by person' tab to allow to sort by different color coding? Thanks.

The most pressing issue that I think requires immediate attention is that a partial availability is no longer visible from the schedule builder unless you hover over left side of that individual cell and a tiny little pop up will show the availability for that day. This means that every time I want to schedule a shift or see who is available, I need to hover over every single cell that would appear to be available just to ensure it is actually available for the time of the shift I am going to plug in. This is making scheduling take so much longer and as far as I am concerned needs to be an error. Please correct this as soon as possible. Also, I am noticing that there are a few glitches that are making the days where employees are available still show the reason they are unavailable from a different day in the week. For example on an employee is unavailable for "taking care of family" but when I hover over every other day of that week I see "taking care of family" show up there as well despite them being available to work.

daily availability is no longer marked in the scheduling tool. days requested off, "preferred shifts" are marked. but there is no visual indication of a persons availability on a given day

Employee daily availability is completely broken. 0 shading, which requires me to hover over each individual box. If there is already a shift assigned, I have to hover over the smallest margin between the shift and the box it is in. This is too much work for a 100-employee schedule. I will have to move to another scheduling app soon as this is unsustainable.

9/10 times when I click schedule builder it will just shows a white page. I almost appears to be a white box because if I click the question mark, new, or my icon in the top left, the dropdown will shown partly but be hidden by the white page. I have multiple locations and I can only pull up 1 location by entering the url directly but if try switching locations it goes back to the white screen.
