Scheduling

User would like to have more options for schedule view in the schedule builder and print view. Current options: Day View and Week (7-day) view Customer Ask: Pay Period (15-day) view Could we add the ability to select a start and end date for schedule view (up to 15 days)?

I would like to be able to remove Sunday from my schedule.

It would be nice to be able to set a maximum weekly hour threshold for a certain role (ex. Cashiers - no more than 200 hours per week) and flag any overages. This can help with budgeting and ensure that labor overages are minimized. Ideally, this would create a flag on the schedule builder similar to what currently happens with individual staff members if a role has over a certain number of hours. This would differ from the current "Group Labor Target" feature under a role, which looks at hourly rates to calculate total pay percentages but does require hourly rates to be in the system. This proposed max hours threshold would only look at hours by role.

It would be helpful if there was an option to be able to print a schedule with all the employees but no shifts. So essentially the ability to have a blank schedule to start from with planning and beginning the schedule

Our team only works 7-6pm so any hours outside that are wasted space on the screen - it would be better used in showing more detail on the shifts.

I would like for my employees to have the option to receive notifications about shift trades (shifts available to pick up, swap requests, approval notices) via text or email. Currently they can only receive them via push, and not all of my employees have a smartphone or tablet.

It would be great if the text messages were written in a more user-friendly way, with name of shift and hours for the week. For emails, it would be great to give each employee his or her shifts but NOT share the ENTIRE schedule.

When the schedule is distributed via email, each person on for the day is listed in alphabetical order. I would like the people to be sorted by shift start time, earliest to latest.

When publishing the schedule, the email that is sent out does not offer any usability as it send out all the shifts scrambled. I would like to be able to email employees the 'view' that I have of the schedule, specifically 'rolles' and 'person'.
