The ability to sort employees by last name instead of first name would be beneficial due to every other program we use organizes employees by last name.

If possible, it would be great to see an identifier for individuals who have access to make changes to the schedule; therefore, allowing our managers to determine which shift lead or assistant manager made a schedule change and published it. Thank you

i put in blocked dates but for some reason they are able to still ask off what can i do in the future to prevent this?

One great feature would be to adjust schedules or reassign shift, create new shift etc on the phone app.

Is there a feature where we could see all the approved time-off for specific employee's? That way I can monitor how many times an employee has asked for requested time-off and it was granted to them. This would come in handy when multiple people are requesting the same day off and one has exceeded their time-off alotment.

The current way to input availability for new employees is tedious and overwhelming for ALL of our new hires. Please create a simpler way to input availability,

When in the schedule builder, unassigned shifts appear at the very bottom which is tedious to scroll down to over and over again. Could this be moved to the top? Maybe moved to top for customers with more that a few roles?

It would be helpful when accessing a Time Off Request (to Approve or Deny) if there were an area that showed other employees who have a pending request or been approved for the same day. This will help minimize the likelihood of approving Time Off for too many employees on the same day.
