I HATE that now I have to toggle through all 60 mins instead of 15 min increments. Even 5 min increments would be better than every min.

Thanks for the feedback!
Just to clarify, are you referring to the time selection when you click the clock icon on a shift start or end time? If so, did you know that you can still type in the time just like in the old scheduling? In the old scheduling UI there is no time selector and you are forced to type, but in the new one you have both options.
That said, I understand your feedback that if you use the time selector it would probably make more sense to be in 15 min increments for faster selection.  I will pass this feedback on to the development team.
