Hi Christopher,
Thanks for bringing this up. We don't see a widespread issue here so we'll need to look at your data to see what is happening. Can you get us any more information so we can investigate? Which employees and which shifts (dates, time, role, station, etc) are having issues? We'll need to figure out how to reproduce the issue in order to completely resolve it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sure thing, the two employees were Dave Ramirez and Jesse Elliot.
It occurred on yesterday's schedule.

Christopher: Thank you for the details. We are looking into it. If you happen to know any more details on the shift like start and end time that would be helpful but if not, no worries we will be investigating either way!
Also did the shift disappear from the schedule builder? Or from the Jolt lite mobile app? Or both?

Christopher: Actually I think I have identified the problematic shifts but it would be great if you could confirm. It looks like these two Barista shifts on Wednesday the 1st
Jesse Elliot - Barista - Espresso Bar from 6am - 1pm
Dave Ramirez - Barista - Register from 1pm -8:30pm
