This is now resolved as we are sunsetting Jolt Lite and moving to the main Jolt app. Team members and managers can now use the main Jolt app for all of their scheduling needs so the Jolt Lite app is no longer needed. Please let us know if you have any additional feedback.

I have reached out to my CSR three times on this issue and I just keep getting a response of, "we can see it so there isn't an issue". Android users are not able to download Jolt lite, so they use regular jolt and then are able to submit requests off for days even if the schedule is already posted, even though we have a 14 day advanced minimum in place. This is causing serious issues for scheduling in my store, which is the whole reason we started using jolt to begin with.

We also have employees who downloaded the app but do not have the ability to use availability and RTO functions in Android.
