Would love for first time entry of availability to show immediately regardless of regular setting!
We have it set to a 2 week buffer for existing employees to make time off requests or change availability (to keep schedules posted ahead and not altered). HOWEVER, when we have a new hire and they input availability for the first time, it does not show until 2 weeks out. This means our managers are having to keep track of new hires' availability on paper for 2 weeks. Please!
