Notified of schedule edits after published

It would be helpful to have the option to be notified when changes are made to a published schedule (i.e. what changes were made and who made them). This would help drive accountability. We have a process to review the schedule each week before it is distributed. Occasionally, there are changes that need to be made (and then republished). When this happens, there is not notification sent. Similar to the basis of lists in jolt, the scheduling app should have the ability to set notifications (text or email) when changes are made to a previously reviewed / published schedule.

Thanks for clarifying. Yes, understood that those impacted by schedule changes are notified. At each of our sites, we have numerous people that have access to make schedule changes (eg assistant managers, general managers, regional managers, etc.) We have a review process so that everyone on the management team is on the same page prior to a schedule being published. However, there’s often miscommunication if a change is made to a previously published schedule. It would be helpful to have a feature where schedule admins (or those with responsibility for making or reviewing / approving a schedule) are notified any time there is a change to a previously published schedule. In a perfect world, an email would be sent that notifies of the changes and summarizes changes made. The more detail the better, but even total hours changed by person for the week would be helpful. This feature would really help drive accountability…very similar to when notifications are sent when lists are past due or not completed. Please let me know if you have any questions. I’m happy to discuss further.

Hi Josh,
Thanks for your feedback. I have a couple questions to confirm if you don't mind?
When a change to a published schedule is made, notifications should still be going out to those affected by the schedule change. Are you wanting notifications to also go to those who are NOT affected by the schedule change?
Or are you wanting other scheduling admins to be notified anytime someone else makes a change to the schedule?
Thanks for helping me understand the issue
