Printing Schedule

+1 - An option to show ALL employees, regardless of shift presence, when printing the schedule would be awesome for planning purposes and/or showing people as "off" for a section if they have multiple roles and/or are our for a certain time period.

Could you also print the schedule without posting it? I typically print out a copy and look at it again before I post it.

This would be very helpful for when we print our weekly schedule

This would also be helpful for us.

Hi Caitlin,
Thank you for submitting that feedback! In the schedule section of your account, Jolt actually has the ability to print a Graphical View of the schedule before any shifts have been added, while the Table View requires that shifts are in there.
If you could, take a look at the Graphical View print. Does that accomplish what you are looking for, or would you like to see a blank schedule look more like the Table View?

Tyler: Hey Tyler,
Before I sent this feedback in I spoke with someone on the phone at Jolt about trying to print and they told me that there wasn't the ability to print a blank schedule. When I try to print a blank week on the graphical view the print out is one page completely blank with only my location printed at the top. No names of employees, or each dates of the week with the blocks

Caitlin: Ah, I see. I was incorrect. So the Graphical View schedule will only show up if there are shifts in the schedule, so that definitely does not work in terms of a blank, unaltered schedule.
I will make sure our development team sees your request. Thank you again for submitting that!

Tyler: Any update on this??

Caitlin: I have not heard anything from our development team about whether they have started working on a feature like this. They do have a lot of features and fixes that they are working on at the moment, so I am not sure how long it could be. If they do start working on this feature, then you will get an email update showing that they have changed the status to "In Progress" or something like that.
