We have multiple departments and have many department heads post the schedule at different times and its posting weeks we don't want out yet. For example schedule goes out 3 weeks in advance... One department post their 3 week schedule and doesn't want the next weeks schedule to go out but has it already programmed into JOLT so when it comes time to post the next three weeks it will be already done. Another department does the schedule exactly three weeks at a time since that area has people flowing in and out all the time. Once the three week schedule is over they have to post the three week schedule and then it causes the other departments schedule to go out that wasn't ready. It will be really awesome if you can post one roles schedule at a time. It would save a lot of headache!

Being able to post by department instead of the entire schedule would be helpful.

Having trouble having multiple managers posting schedules for multiple departments without it messing with already posted schedules. Not everone publishes schedules at the same time. Thanks Jamie

It would be helpful to be able to select which roles are published rather than having to publish all the roles at once. There are two people scheduling for different roles and this way they won't worry about publishing before the other person is ready.

Being able to post job roles separate would allow for the management roles of the business to be posted a month in advance. This would help as you can only post the whole schedule together.

I would like to be able to publish certain roles at a time instead of all roles at once.

We currently do our manager schedule farther in advance than our regular team members. We would like to publish just the manager schedule and not the entire schedule so that employees wont get a notice they have no hours. Maybe a feature when publishing to select which roles to publish or entire schedule.
