Schedule on Jolt app vs emailed

The Jolt app is showing the correct schedule that I post, but when the schedule gets emailed to the employees, they are getting shown different shifts/different times/different days they are suppose to work. It's extremely confusing because most of them rely on the emailed version of the schedule.

Carly Johnson is scheduled Wednesday 5/17. The app shows Logan working. The email schedule shows Carly working. Why does this keep happening :(

Once they told me this, I had to go back into Jolt and delete the shifts and then add the shifts again for it to be correct. Not sure why this bug keeps happening.
