Hi Apryl,
I noticed that you have a message on the schedule that says changes have been made that haven't been published. Are we sure that the shift wasn't published out and then reassigned or deleted after the publish? If a change was made and it wasn't published again, it would make sense that Jacob would see the shift but it wouldn't be showing up on the schedule builder

Michael: No that did not happen. Jacob does not work Sunday's so it is not possible for us to even schedule him that day. I republished that schedule several times and even republished it that Sunday once I realize Jacob showed up for the shift. That still did not do anything to sync correctly with the App.

Apryl: Ok thank you for all this info it is very helpful. I loaded the old schedule builder on your account and it is showing the same thing as the new one so we believe this issue has nothing to do with the new schedule builder and is more of a problem with the mobile app but we will keep investigating. I'll let you know as soon as we have an update.
One more questions that might help us get to the bottom of it faster if you don't mind. What browser are you using?

Which location(s) are experiencing the issue? Are there specific employees that experience it? Can you give details on a specific shift or shifts? Any additional detail here will really help us resolve this quickly.

Michael: North Ridge Chopt - Jacob Curran was not scheduled on 11/27 on the website, but he was showing he was scheduled on the Jolt app. Irvin Calles was scheduled on 11/27, but it was not showing that he was suppose to work on the app. Irvin also was not scheduled on the website 11/29, but the app stated he was suppose to work.

I had to delete all of Irvin's shifts and repost them for them to sync up properly to the app.
