Set "Max Hours" Threshold per Role

It would be nice to be able to set a maximum weekly hour threshold for a certain role (ex. Cashiers - no more than 200 hours per week) and flag any overages. This can help with budgeting and ensure that labor overages are minimized.
Ideally, this would create a flag on the schedule builder similar to what currently happens with individual staff members if a role has over a certain number of hours.
This would differ from the current "Group Labor Target" feature under a role, which looks at hourly rates to calculate total pay percentages but does require hourly rates to be in the system.
This proposed max hours threshold would only look at hours by role.
