Is there a feature where we could see all the approved time-off for specific employee's? That way I can monitor how many times an employee has asked for requested time-off and it was granted to them. This would come in handy when multiple people are requesting the same day off and one has exceeded their time-off alotment.

We are getting close to releasing the new scheduling experience in the main Jolt App which will replace Jolt Lite.
This feature will be added once that new experience is released.
If anyone is interested in beta testing the new experience, please comment here and let me know. It will not have the Time-Off History Log yet but that will be coming soon and you can be part of the process to validate the designs. Thank you

Agreed. It's needed to log holiday hours properly and also to see how much time off someone has already taken that year so I can take that into consideration when two employees request off but I can only approve one. Please make this change.

Yes I agree totally! I have called speaking to different tech advisors about this issue since summer, but all said they would get back to me and none did. It was today that I asked the question again and got the response that Jolt does not offer that feature when manually put it in system, but if the individual employee request it on the app then can be viewed for 6 months. As I was grateful for clearing up the issue, still poses an issue because now I cannot go back to see if sick days have been used for certain employees. This feature needs to be added. Well not added because you can put it on system and see it on the week so it just needs to save as rest of schedule saves.

I intended to use JOLT to report to payroll all holidays taken in the previous month but they disappear after the event. Why can't they remain on the system? This is not exactly helpful.

Time Off Requests only show up until the date of the request has passed... Therefor, we cannot see our Employees Time Off History of submissions.
