Comparing Capital Tacos last week. There are variances in the new report from the total hours. For instance, Maria Melendes in WC has 48.77 hours, but the Actual to Scheduled report only shows her as 35.67. ?? There are other variances as well.

You can now compare the Scheduled Hours with the actual hours from the Jolt Time Clock in the Labor Reports (Beta).
Navigate to the
Labor Reports Page on the web app and select the "Report Type" dropdown and change to "Compare to Schedule."

How do I access this? I don't see it on the Reports page.
Michael
Mark: Hi Mark, try logging out and logging back in and you should see it on the Labor Reports. Let me know if that doesn't work for you.

This feature has been in beta for a while. Checking to see if there is anyone on this thread that has not had a chance to test it yet?

Being able to see who will potentially be in overtime before the end of the week would be part of this, also, if we could sort not just by name but by hours worked under the time clock tab would let us quickly see who is approaching 40 hours. Currently we can sort by last name only.

Schedule function for forecasting vs actual

Currently the schedule functionality is great for forecasting. Keen to have a similar view for actual - hence post the week can we enter actual sales against actual times punched and approved to see what our actual labour costs were. And then maybe a comparison of forecast vs actual - this would be great

Daily labor reoprt

Homebase gave me a bar graph on the Homebase app when I opened it that showed bar graphs with daily labor totals for each day of the current week. It was an easy and quick way to compare my actual labor with my sales rather than having to pull a report. Open the app and it was the first thing on the screen.
