Timeclock

we have many employees that work multiple shifts at different rates of pay. can a profile be set up to allow multiple jobs at separate rates of pay, that can subsequently be scheduled and tracked in the time clock?

We spend so much time approving flagged punches for people clocking out early/late, and that is not something we are concerned with. Just the punching in on time at the beginning of the shift. Would be awesome to just have it flag the first punch.

It would be great to receive an alert when an employee is punching too early or too late. Or if an employee has not arrived for their shift.

I would love to have the ability to approve time clock punches without having to go into each individual record. I know other time clock systems allow you to select multiple punches and approve all at once just by selecting a check box. I can see in Jolt the info (Clock In / Clock Out) which is all I need to approve without having to go into each time stamp. This wastes 20-30 mins a week depending on internet connection. Over a year thats 20+ hours of approving time punches.

I would like the option to flag specific punches. For example, If someone clocks in early and clocks out early I would like to only flag the "clock in early" punch

if an employee clocks is or out more or less than a designated time window from when they are suppose to clock in or out they must give a reason. for example an employee is scheduled to clock in at 4 and they are 10 mins late clocking in i want them to tell me why they are clocking in late. or perhaps they are not scheduled to leave until 11 and they clock out at 9 i want them to say why they are leaving early.

We would like a way to see what the average hours worked per week are for the year. We pay based on an employees vacation pay week their weekly pay is the average weekly number of hours they have worked over the course of the year.

I would suggest to add a feature on the iPad app which allows those with iPad Admin access to easily review employee clockin and clockout times for all employees at or all employees at their location. It is useful for managers to be able to easily review this information.

There is no way to enter an unpaid break time to a time punch? I can see clock in/out, but what if my employee took a 1h break? Please add this feature where you are able to select how many minutes that employee went on break.
