Thank you for your post. We have added shift reminders for employees that you can set as a default within a location or for the organization in the Company Settings. If the employee has two shifts, with a break in between, you could use the shift reminders to help them know when their shift is about to start. But I don't think this would be helpful to remind them to clock out for their break. I have a link to an article below, I hope this is helpful.
