Option to approve multiple flagged time punches without having to go into each individual record.

I would love to have the ability to approve time clock punches without having to go into each individual record.
I know other time clock systems allow you to select multiple punches and approve all at once just by selecting a check box.
I can see in Jolt the info (Clock In / Clock Out) which is all I need to approve without having to go into each time stamp.
This wastes 20-30 mins a week depending on internet connection. Over a year thats 20+ hours of approving time punches.

Approving Flagged Punches

Please add a function to approve multiple flagged punches, or an "approve all" function, so we don't have to go through each clock punch and approve it when it comes time for payroll. It takes me at least an hour to just approve these punches because the system is just SO slow.

Please, please offer this. We manually do a lot of punches, and it takes us forever to approve all these flagged punches. Easily takes me an hour or two every time payroll comes around.

Mason: Hi Mason, can I ask what the flags are that you are approving? Would having a break button so flags weren't created when people take breaks alleviate this issue sufficiently?
Or are there other flags that are problematic. If there are others, are the flags all relevant? Or are there some type of flags you don't care about and don't need to review?

Michael: Flags for early out are not relevant to us. We dont care if people go home early because 99% of the time its because we "Managers" have already said "Finish up" and clock out early.
Michael
Dan: Thanks for the information Dan. This is very helpful. The flags are supposed to draw your attention to punches that might be relevant, so if people are asking for a mass approval it makes me wonder why they are getting flags that aren't relevant enough to approve one by one. I want to make sure we are fixing the root issue here by making the flags only for relevant punches that you would want to look more closely at. Obviously it seems like we need to allow you to set which types of flags you want (early in, late in, early out, late out) instead of having one blanket setting for all of them.
If you were able to disable "early out" flags, do you think you would still need mass approval?

Michael: Hi Michael... While the addition of the ability to turn off "Early Out" flags I still think there needs to be the ability to mass approve.. Other time clock systems allow this. It would be a good enhancement.

Dan: Agree! It would be nice to deicde if we want to approve "early out" or not. This ar not relevant for us either. The opportunity to approve multiple flagged punches in addition to this would be great. Use a lot of time now! Helene

Hi Dan,
Great feedback, thank you.
We have found that most users would like to mass approve flags on the timeclock because they are getting flags when employees clock in and out for breaks. Is this your case?
If so, would it be better to have breaks which don't create flags first? We of course want to build both features but it helps to know which one is more important to our customers so we can prioritize accordingly.

Michael: Hi Michael, no our flags are mainly because staff a clocking out before their rostered end time. However I would love to see the function to be able to automatically deducted break times. Regardless mass approve of time clocks would be great in any capacity.. Cheers Dan
Michael
Dan: Hi Dan, Just a follow up here. Are the flags for clocking out before the rostered time even relevant to you? Would it be better not to flag these incidents at all?
