Multi-location Home Screen for Work Orders
- A new tab has been added to the
Home
module in the
Jolt
app that shows your open work orders for all locations that you have access to. For the best user experience, you should be connected to
Jolt
in
personal mode
. (See Single User vs Multiple User Device Modes in Jolt for more information.)
See the Multi-location Home Screen for Work Orders article to learn more about this feature.
Mention other users in posts
- You can now @mention other users in a work order post or comment. When you are writing a post or comment, you can type the @ sign to see a list of users with permissions to the work order location and work order type. In the near future, you can optionally send notifications to users that are mentioned to draw them into the conversation about resolving the issue.

Email Address Entry
After the email is sent, a record of who sent the email and when along with the recipients appears in the email history section.
While you can queue up an email to send when the device is off line, the email will not go out until the device gets connected to the internet.
The email goes out and contains the email address of the sender, the location name, address, and phone number. Attached to the email is a PDF of the work order showing all of the items and any results and/or pictures that are on the work order.
