I have tried to canel this service with emails, chats, and now cancelling credit cards. this has been goin on since May and it is now September. This is horrible. The simple email support email with cancel doesn't work. I have done it 3 times now. i have been on the chat with support. No i am cancelling the card on file. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STOP MY SERVICE WITH YOUR COMPANY! i have not used it since March.
